A production sheet must be filled out for every recital held in a School of Music approved space. A form is provided for
in this packet. Once you have received your recital date, you should submit a production sheet no later than two weeks
before your dress rehearsal date. Production sheets are also located outside B01. These sheets should be returned to
the envelope posted outside of room B01.
Filling out the sheet allows for:

Delivery of your programs

Stage set up

Availability of keyboard and percussion instruments

Piano selection (Concert Hall)

Arrangement of any equipment or instrument moves

Stage crew cannot be guaranteed during finals week and no stage crew is available after finals. Stage crew is also not
available if a recital is held off campus or in a venue not approved by the School of Music.

Non-Degree Recitals

In general, non-degree recitals are not allowed in the Concert Hall

There is no stage crew help or programs printed for these events

Rehearsal rooms (167,171) are the preferred venue for non-degree recitals. Marshall Room availability is limited.
