ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management

The ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Management provides much of the underpinning knowledge and
understanding for the National Occupational Standards in Management and Leadership and is also
recognised by a variety of UK universities for progression to their MBA top-up. Learners must
complete 5 mandatory units worth 85 credits in total and further 3 or 4 optional units totalling 120
credits to achieve the ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management (QCF).

These qualifications are designed for learners from aged 19 and above. However, ATHE does not specify any
entry requirements. Centres are required to ensure that learners who register for these qualifications have the
necessary skills to undertake the learning and assessment.
ATHE Entry Requirements
Minimum of A Level or Intermediate qualification from School / College or a Level 6 diploma in
management or Bachelors Degree qualification
An equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.

Mature students with a minimum of two years relevant work experience may be considered.
A minimum of intermediate level English language proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 5.5)

Assessment

The course is via the assignments, which are released by the Centre to the learners on enrolment.

225* registration fees for the awarding body

** Per module and awarding body registration fees is payable at the start of the course
