NMS5UX is based upon a UNIX operating

For Small to Medium telecom networks
deploying up to 3000 network elements,
SIAE offers the NMS5LX management
system that is based upon a LINUX
operating system.

INTERFACE TOWARDS HIGHER LAYER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

NMS5UX and NMS5LX can be interfaced to higher layer management systems by means of:
> Alarms integration through SNMP proxy agent: SNMP Traps are used as event report message
> Remote integration: Fully define the interface between SIAEs NMS5 and the higher layer management
system. This interface uses SNMP protocol
> Performance monitoring counters data export (metrica format compatible)
