Position: Team Lead HR

Position Overview
The Team Lead - HR, Will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for collaboratively developing and implementing
strategies and policies/ procedures that selects, develops, motivates, rewards and retains talented personnel needed to meet
KITS business objectives. He / She will also be responsible for planning and developing strategy that ensures highperformance workforce in a conducive atmosphere, through effective strategies that deliverer highly motivated workforce that
focuses on corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate thorough understanding of Personal Management 'professionally' and experienced in
the establishment of effective communication channels between staff and the management for maximum collaborative
workforce. Success in this role would require thorough understanding of KPI in driving best performance in a corporate
environment, as well as competence in balanced personnel conflicts resolution skills to maintain corporate harmony, as well
as the techniques of empowering staff to realise their potential in a safe and healthy working environment, and a clear affinity
for the vision and mission of KITS technologies limited.
Key Responsibilities:

Effective management of staff turnover while maintaining high efficiency across all units all the time.

Management of HSE regarding people, skills, operation.

Management of staff wellbeing and competencies and training needs.

Developing and supporting organisational structure and culture that is customer -focused.

Planning and Coordinating staff Recruitment by developing job descriptions, person specifications, preparing
job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, and by paying
particular attention to recruiting only specialist all the time, including planning for long-term staff requirements.

Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management and
disciplinary procedures

Planning, coordinating and delivering the new staff induction training for seamless integration.

Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

Management of employee records.

Regular review of code of conducts for continuously improving system health.

Tracking and measuring Staff performance and generating Staff evaluation reports quarterly & yearly.

Representing KITS technologies at HR related and other business events.

Profile (Requirements):

Bachelor's Degree / HND in the Social Sciences, Humanities and Management. Professional qualifications or
Postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

2 3 years work experience in HR position.

Proven capabilities and success in HR management, Staffing, Organizational development / Change management,
Process improvement and Compensation management.

Excellence in Client Management model mobilizing the best people and integrating the tools and processes
required to meet the needs of the business.

Strategic Planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise.

Outstanding Communication and Presentation skills

Excellent writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Result Oriented, creative with positive attitude with excellent analytical skills.

Self-driven, enthusiastic with team spirit.

Ability to adapt effectively and quickly to changes, technology etc

Ability to establish and maintain collaborative workforce and provide thought leadership.

Ability to architect and drive change.

Ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment.

Commitment to innovation and continuous improvement as well as teamwork and ability to create a positive work
environment.

Ability to communicate effectively by confidently presenting messages in a clear and concise manner.

Proficiency in IT productivity tools including; Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
