Instructions:
Seating chart template is made for printing on 16x20 paper and will fit in most standard frames.
To replace or add images:
1. Delete the image you wish to replace.
2. Select Insert > Picture > From File.
3. Select the newly imported image and scale it to the size you need.
4. Double click on the image, choose the picture tab, and choose the appropriate option.
5. You can then move the image to where you need.
6. Double click on the image, choose the picture tab, and select the image that says in front of text.
7. For a background image: once the image is in place, double click on the image, choose the picture tab, and select the image that says behind text.
8. Repeat the steps for other images.
9. Copy and pasted for each card.
To change the border/shading colours:

Click on the border or cell you wish to change.

Select Format > Borders and Shading.
Choose the style and colour you would like and choose OK.

To add extra pages:

Place cursor in front of the word Instructions.

Select Insert > Break and select Page Break (leave other circles unchecked).
Select table on previous page.
Copy, and paste on the new blank page you created.
Change the table numbers and captions to your desired text/numbers.
