Presentation is means of communication which can be adapted to various speaking situation

search as talking to a group, addressing a meeting or briefing a team. Across and today
presentation skill are required in almost every field. Presentation oral presentation two type.
These include impromptu speaking and planned speaking.
Audience analysis. An effective presentation must be audience centered and their we should
deliberately understand the type of audience and their basic characteristics such as the
prisoner audience, the graduate audience, the holiday maker audience and the student
audience.
The prisoner audience, the are those who are present because they are forced to be there
either by parents, bosses or circumstance . Presenter need to find specific techniques and
content to win them.

and fulfilled in what presenter are doing. There are many factors to achieve but the one of the

level of challenge for the particular audience should speaking to the level of challenge required

Have frequent breaks, In presentation main of audience feeling tried and boted because of
taking so long time to present so thing. Presenter should able to build in free breaks but if the
presenter see his audience starting to flag in their attention suggest a Micro break, for 1 to 2
minutes where people can refresh, their drink, minds walk around.
Make it short, This most effective way of keeping audience attention because topic which
presenter want to present should not go on far too long to avoid bored to the audience.

Asking question, Presenter of their topic should be asking some question to ensure his
audience they understand what his present to them.
In conclusion, presenter must have presentation skill that held and support him or her when
his want to present topic to audience such as building confidence, to know audience analysis,
and also structure of presentation, use of visual aids, to know how to use proper use of body
language and also using questions and answers in presentation, that also support and help him
to attract his audience in simple way and complication.
