I. INTRODUCTION
With the rapid development of high speed sampling
and associated technologies, digital time domain testers,
represented by digital oscilloscopes have made
substantial progress and are widely
used [1-2]. In addition,
the increasingly complicated and diversified electronic
signals, expanding frequency range and increasing
instantaneity and instability of signals increase the test
requirements and make the requirements for the
measurement capability of oscilloscopes ever
demanding.
In such fields as communication, computer and
multi-media, in consideration the test requirements for
high speed signal measuring, incident capturing,
random
phenomenon
analyzing
and
rapid
troubleshooting, etc. demanding requirements have
been prepared for the sampling and capturing capability
of the oscilloscope. For instance, the capturing of
high-speed pulses and modulated signals in
communication industry, measuring of high-speed
serial bus signals in computer industry and audio and
video compression signals in multi-media industry
request high real-time sampling rate and high waveform
capture rate of oscilloscopes at the same time [3,4].
The waveform capture rate of an oscilloscope refers
to the number of waveforms (wfms/s) captured and

.CONCLUSION
In conclusion, this article provides a design for
digital oscilloscopes with seamless measurement
capability. The requirements for seamless acquisition
storage, seamless data processing and seamless image
display are all satisfied at the same time by improved
system structure and optimized processing mechanism
of oscilloscopes. It is thus clear that the waveform
capture rate is maximized and the measuring gap is
eliminated thoroughly, and finally the oscilloscopes
have got the seamless measuring capability of the
complete set.
