The report that was authorized by Bubble My Wheelz regarding the problems of the
company about the competitors is enclosed. Ms Avila the chairman of the Board directed
the group to study the problem assigned to each one of them. The group is composed by
Ms. Moreno and Ms. Avila including me. Our group was given limited time to study the
problem and to study about the solution.
This report contains the problems that Bubble My Wheelz met these past few months and
the solutions to each problem. This study could help the company to compete with the
competitors.
Our group is ready to assist each member on any way that we can.

ABSTRACT
Along the way of BMW in the market, the company faced some problems that will
take time to study on. If they cannot solve these problems, the company will be out of the
line of the competition.
The main problem of the company is how to compete in the market. How to
satisfy the customers with the service they rendered? How to expand the working place
of the business? How to compete with the prices of your competitors?
The company conducts a research to solve their problems based on second hand
sources. They gather information through reading articles in the internet like blogs. The
members of the research team also gathered different opinions from business experts
from the internet to know which solution best suits in the problem of the company.
Satisfying customer is difficult. This is the first thing that company or entity
should consider. So the company decided that in order to satisfy them they need to give
them the right quality of service and make the work place accommodating and
comfortable for them.
As the service of the business become demand, the problem of the company in the
working place arises. The location of the business in not enough to accommodate more
than 3 cars so the company decided to expand the working place of the business.
Theres a lot of things need to consider in terms of competing with other business
prices. The research team of the company found out that, the company doesnt need to
cut their prices instead the company need to introduce better service to their customers.
Bubble My Wheelz faced the problem easier because each member of the team is
responsible to their assigned task.

INTRODUCTION
Maria Elena Gatus, Manager of the Bubble My Wheelz authorized this group to
prepare a report about the solutions of the problems that the company met. Bubble My
Wheelz is a car wash business serving the Naga City community. The mission of BMW
is to provide top-quality washing and detail service for luxury car owners in Magsaysay,
Naga City. Bubble My Wheelz will work to keep customers satisfied in order to maintain
impeccable customer service. As the business grows and become known in the market
along with this are some problems arises regarding competition.
According to the study, the rule of the thumb is that if you compete with others
you should make your customers satisfied with the services you offer, expand the
working place of your business, and compete with their pricing.
According to experts, all of the businesses in your area are your competitors. It
doesnt matter if you have the same product or services as long as it catches the attention
of the consumers.
Gaining high levels of customers satisfaction is very important to a business
because satisfied customers are likely to be loyal and use a wide range of services offered
by the business.
Research about pricing say that one should not make his/her price lower than
others instead make his/her product or service high quality wherein the customers will
not complain about the pricing and about the product or service itself.
About expanding the business, there are 3 things to consider, the competitors,
customers, and expenses.
The information in this proposal was gathered by the members of the research
team from second hand sources like in the library and in the internet.

BACKGROUND
Nowadays, people can never stop the increasing number of car running in the
road. With this they can say that the need of carwash business in the market is important.
Bubble My Wheelz is a car wash business serving the Naga City community. This
car wash business started by DC Inc. a group of long time friends that are now
professionals who decided to build their own business. At first this business was a private
car wash for the said group of friends, and then later on the acquaintances of the DC Inc.
let their car be wash by the said carwash and they liked how the service was made. Thats
why the DC Inc. came up to an idea that instead of having it for private they run up it for
public and make it another source of revenue.
This carwash serves Naga City community for two years and half. And it will
operate until there are cars running on the road of Naga City.

OBJECTIVES:
1. Importance of having a Satisfied Customers.
2. Importance of Expanding the Business Workplace.
3. Pricing Strategy.

PROBLEMS:

1. How to make your customers satisfied with the service you rendered?
2. How to expand the working place of the business?
3. How to compete with the prices of your competitors?

Customer Satisfaction
Gaining high levels of customer satisfaction is very important in the business. The
company saw that the customers of its competitors on the same business is satisfied and
loyal to them, so the company thought of having a research on how to have a satisfy
customers.
Having a formal plan for effectively servicing customers happy-and come back to
send money on your services fine again. Companies are going to establish a companywide approach. Under this are few basic elements: Assessing Companys customers
focus, Assessing customers needs and educating employees.
Under Assessing Companys customer focus, company will assign couple of
employees to customer service. These will exert effort to know when customers are
satisfied and when they are not.
Company is going to asses customers needs. To meet the customers needs,
company must know what the customers want and expect. It would behoove all
employers to listen to their employees when it comes to customers service because
employees are often the ones in contact with customers on a daily basis. He or she is
likely to have an excellent idea of customers likes and dislikes. The company
implements steps that will set them in their way on how to handle a client. First, develop
a service vision. The vision allows the company to function around a single purpose; in
this case the purpose is serving customer. Second, recognize organizations need for a
customer service. Last, Determine the level of service needed.
Company will educate their staff. Employees must understand and buy into the
organizations service vision and customers service plan. Time must be set aside for staff
education and orientation to the customer service plan.

Business Expansion
The business became demand to their customers because of the quality service that
the business had given them. So the company came to the point that they can no longer
accommodate 4 or more cars because of the size of the working place of the business.
The company conducted a research to help them solve the said problem.
According to Alexis Pleshette a writer for Powerhomebiz if the company wants to do
business expansion there are three things to consider. First the competitors, second the
customers and third the expenses.
The company conducted a survey about the market to know the whereabouts of its
competitors, because market intelligence should play a key part in the company before
deciding to expand the business and for their customers if they are in favor of expanding
a business. The company also studied carefully the financial benefits of expanding and
the cash flow of the business if they can support the expenses for business expansion.
Based on the processed done by the company, they started to expand the business.

Pricing Strategy
According to what weve read from our research, In order for the small business to
be successful, they have to price their product or service appropriately. But what if that
technique is also used by other businesses? Does the company have another way to
compete with their competitors, especially in terms of pricing? How will they compete
with the prices of their competitors?
There are so many ways on how to compete with the prices of the competitors out
there, in internet, articles, blogs and other resources that the company could find and
read. The research team of Bubble My Wheelz found out on their research that the
solution to their business problem is not that complicated as they thought. Its easy like
eating popcorn while watching movie on a cinema.
The first solution that the research team offered to the company is, lower the price
of our services, but the company didnt agree with that kind of solution thats why they
conduct another research and the research team found out that its good not to cut their
prices instead introduce better service. Yes, giving lower prices is good solution to the
companys problem but what if the competitors make their service lower again that the
BMW cant manage to keep up? Why do they need to lower their price if they can do the
other way round?
So the board of BMW decided not to cut their prices instead they will initiate a
higher quality services wherein the money paid by the customers will be equaled by a
proper service.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION


Bubble My Wheelz has now a solution to their problems regarding competitors.
The solution would benefit the company to compete with other companies and to have a
better relation to the customers.
Therefore, the research team and Board recommend that BMW should implement
the said solutions beginning March 10, 2014. In June 10, 2014 the said research team and
Board will evaluate the results and decide whether to continue, modify or to bring to an
end the solutions they decide to implement.
The group recommends the following actions to ensure the solution will flow
smoothly as what in plan.
1. Maintain the good quality of service.
2. Hire additional staffs to take care of the expanded working place.
3. Check the competitors pricing regularly.
4. Check the flow of the competition more often.
