PROPOSAL SYNOPSIS
This document contains a proposal for MERRYBET GOLD LTD to support the
academic and intellectual development of its registered clients by sponsoring some
of these clients to attend selected academic symposiums in Dubai. While these
symposiums come at a price, later sections of the proposal would discuss how
MERRYBET GOLD LTD can effectively sponsor some of its clients without spending
any funds. The proposal would begin with an executive summary of the PIS-Dubai
programme before delving into the training concept of the programme. Thereafter,
the symposium fees and scholarship scheme would be highlighted. Following these
highlights, the benefits and details of this proposal to MERRYBET GOLD LTD will be
discussed. Finally, the proposal shall attempt to suggest some ways forward for
MERRYBET GOLD LTD.
THE PIS-DUBAI PROGRAMME: AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
PIS-DUBAI is a multi-disciplinary training outfit with focus on providing practical
experience, exposure and the relevant international business connections required to
either translate an existing business or career into greater success, or create a
unique business around its participants' ideas through well organised academic
symposiums and workshops.
Systematic efforts are also directed at factors relevant to analyzing customer
behavioural pattern with the aim of creating sales leads on our participants' products
and services.
Our concept is defined around EXPERIENCE COPY AMEND EXECUTE, as we
believe our participants have to attain consistent peak performances using
technologies available in the 21st century as they execute and ultimately improve
upon their own business ideas.
TRAINING CONCEPT
The PIS-Dubai training concept is structured to equip our participants with the basic
prerequisite knowledge about our various topics of focus via an online portal.
Currently, the PIS-Dubai package comprises 4 different courses, namely:

Each of these courses is divided into 5 modules. The first 3 modules (Modules 1 to
3) are taken online via the PIS-Dubai portal. However, Modules 4 and 5 are practical
10-day expositions taken only at our Symposium facilities in Dubai.

Participants are mandated to complete the online modules at their own pace and
acquaint themselves with the basics before attending the 10-day practical
expositions in Dubai for any of the courses they have chosen from our list of
courses.
During the practical expositions, participants are directly exposed to all relevant
elements in practical business or career build up or promotions. Our participants are
also accorded an opportunity to interact with some of the international businesses or
services relevant to their choice career or business, while creating the necessary
business contacts with the principals of such outfits in developing and growing their
business back home.
THE PIS-DUBAI PROGRAMME FEES
Our participants pay $200 for Modules 1 to 3 of their selected courses which they
take online at their own pace. On completion of these modules, they are then
required to pay $1,500 for the practical symposium in Dubai where they will be
treated to Modules 4 and 5. The practical symposiums are repeated several times
within the year so that participants can choose which of them to attend as it suits
their schedules.
The $1,500 fee for the practical symposiums in Dubai covers participants visas,
hotel accommodation for 10 days, the symposium fees, certification, breakfast and
dinner every day throughout the period as well as for local tours.
Since we have participants coming from all over the world, we declined to include
the flight tickets in our fees as these would be different for people from different
countries. Consequently, outside the symposiums fees of $1,500, participants are
still expected to arrange for their own return flights to and from Dubai to their
respective countries.
OUR SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
Our PIS-Dubai programmes draw attendees and participants from all over the world.
In Africa, we have interested and interesting participants from countries like
Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana, amongst others. From experience, we observed
that while most of our participants can afford to pay for the online modules, many of
them find it difficult to pay for the practical symposiums in Dubai. This is especially
as they still have to foot their flight ticket bills on their own.
In the light of this challenge, the PIS-Dubai Team initiated a scholarship scheme that
helps people afford the practical symposiums in Dubai at a huge discount. The
scheme encourages our participants to refer other interested participants to us in
exchange for discounts. For every successful referral a participant makes, the
participant gets $100 reduced from his symposium fees when such referrals pay for
the online Modules.

What this means, invariably, is that all a participant needs to do to offset his $1,500
symposium fees is to refer 15 persons to take the PIS-Dubai courses. Most
participants can do this within a year. If, however, a participant was only able to
refer 10 persons to take the courses, then such a participant would only be required
to pay $500 for his symposium fees as he/she would have earned $1,000 in
discounts.
Thousands of our participants are excited with this scholarship scheme and are
already working towards earning sufficient discounts, not just to offset the
symposium fees but also to have the PIS-Dubai Management pay for their flights if
they can refer far more than 15 persons.
BENEFITS OF THIS PROPOSAL TO MERRYBET GOLD LTD
We have designed a package that would allow Merrybet sponsor some of their
registered clients to Dubai for our practical symposiums at ABSOLUTELY NO COST to
Merrybet.
By accepting this proposal, Merrybet will be positioning themselves for further
positive publicity as the Company will be seen not just encouraging their clients to
place sporting bets but also supporting the academic and intellectual development of
their clients. Ultimately, we expect that this will encourage more and more clients to
prefer Merrybet to other betting companies.
Already, Merrybet is doing so much to keep ahead of other betting companies
through the weekly Merrybet Predict prizes. And, as other betting companies are
considering this option too, our PIS-Dubai proposal will once again put Merrybet one

DETAILS OF THE PIS-DUBAI PACKAGE FOR MERRYBET
We do propose that Merrybet sends an email to all their registered clients informing
them of the PIS-Dubai packages and offering to sponsor some of their lucky clients
to Dubai to attend the practical symposiums. However, for any of the Merrybet
clients to stand a chance to benefit from this sponsorship, they must have paid for
and taken the Modules 1 to 3 online.
The mathematics is simple; for every Merrybet client who responds to the call and
goes ahead to pay for the Modules 1 to 3, we will reserve $100 in a scholarship
account for Merrybet. As more Merrybet clients register and take the online modules,
the Merrybet scholarship account will keep on growing. Therefore, periodically,
Merrybet can review the total accumulated funds in their PIS-Dubai scholarship
account and decide how to randomly select the beneficiaries of their sponsorship.
It is noteworthy to state that the Merrybet Management will have a 24/7 access to
the scholarship account and can check, at any time, how many people have
registered and how many of those have paid for their online modules.

Not every PIS-Dubai participant referred by Merrybet will benefit from the Merrybet
sponsorship. However, some of these participants will be able to secure their own
scholarships through their personal referring efforts (based on our scholarship
scheme explained above). Others still will be able to afford the symposium fees
without having to rely on being a lucky recipient of the Merrybet sponsorship or
relying on referring efforts.
Accumulating up to $10,000 in its PIS-Dubai scholarship account can afford Merrybet
the opportunity to sponsor about 4 people to take the symposiums in Dubai (this
time, including return flights from Nigeria to Dubai and back). However, we are
hopeful that Merrybet can accumulate much more than this so that many more lucky
clients can benefit from the proposed Merrybet sponsorship package.
