Signed by architect SUA KAY, this is an


environmentally and architecturally
audacious project that has integrated
a modern shopping center into its natural
surroundings.
CORESI will be a new landmark in the
city. With a 650 meters faade that looks
out on the Carpathian mountains, it will be
a giant amongst giants. Its colourful mosaics
will brighten up the days of the locals while
a canopy will provide shelter as customers
stroll through the interior.

Beyond the initial phase of 24 ha, Immochan is planning
to develop a Retail Park. An additional 22 ha of retail
outlets dedicated to Sports and Leisure and to home
decoration will further enhance the appeal of the site.
A mixed development including offices - housing - shops
will offer quality of life and user friendliness to as many
people as possible!
The Coresi area will be a key shopping area in Brasov,
the only ones in a position to provide these facilities
and commercial offering that the city of Brasov
still needs, complete with easy access and pleasant
surroundings.
