NOTES: Regarding electrical gridline project, this form is applied upon the
acceptance of work items or construction work to report to Clients Acceptance
Committee to put into use; To power supply project, this form is applied upon the
acceptance of work items during construction process (acceptance of annual flood
prevention diagram, water reservoir, completion of uniform equipment installation,
completion of cabrication experimental for reality running, completion of reality

running to issue PAC, FAC), acceptance of work item to put into use, acceptance to
fix shortcomings of Clients Acceptance Committee and so on as assigned by the
Client in the Establishment decision of Unit Acceptance Committee. This form is also
applied when Unit Acceptance Committee implements step by step acceptance under
the power of Clients Acceptance Committee before report and invite Clients
Acceptance Committee for acceptance.
