lang (Ong)
Mawe Duque: This money that well be shelling out for ABC, puro
Ateneans lang ang nandoon? Its 6000 per school? Will you have a
definiteive output by the end of the year?
Alex Tanjangco: Yes. What can we learn from the cultures of other
schools? We ran down our initiatives per school. We were planning out
two major projects: ABC Launch (January), Business Summit
(February)
Ga-El Mendoza: Para siyang Buklod pero puro business councils lang
ng La Salle at UP. We fixed the constitution before Alex came
Alecs Reasonda: This is just for the PlanSem so its not for the budget
of activities
Alex Tanjangco: Last year what happened is that they werent able to
finish the constitution
Karlo Abadines: How are you going to pick the people who are going
to this?
o I havent talked about it with Aya. Its going to be an application
OFFICE OF THE
Ray Gomez: If theyre going to pay 200, they have that interest
already
-- Motion to approve Budget Proposal for JETS: Mawe Duque
-- Second: Ga-el Mendoza

OSG BP (c/o Louis De Jesus)
Louis de Jesus: Food was bought for 45 people. Only 15 went, but
every single meal was consumed. Nothing was wasted.
Karlo Abadines: Wasnt attendance clarified before we ordered?
Polo Martinez: I concede that we were not able to confirm
everyones attendance, but we released a poll regarding everyones
most preferred date to hold the PLEVSEM. The most optimal time
for us to be able to have it was the Sunday of that week. I ordered
45 covering everyone because in principle, the standard is
everyone should at least be covered.
Louis de Jesus: You have to do it for bulk orders.
Polo Martinez: The plan initially was to have a catering which was
more than the prescribed cap cost per person. We tried to work
within the budget and I we did not hesitate in ordering what we
had given that it fell way below cap cost.
OFFICE OF THE
-- Motion to approve Budget Proposal: CJ Leong --- Second: Madel Callanta -8:22
-- Motion to mandate OSG to present a report about the attendance
next week: Mawe Duque --- Second: CJ Leong -8:26
DIA BP (Japheth Samaco)
Mawe Duque: Bakit medyo natagalan?
Pet Samaco: Kailangan PVC para secure and thecheapest we found
was 60 in Intermatrix so we took a long time finding a supplier.
Ray Gomez: Kailan labas?
Pet Samaco: We have the database na, were looking for a way para
automatic na malalagay sa ID. So hopefully by next next week
Regis Andanar: Is this a different venture from the calling cards?
Pet Samaco: Calling cards is next week
CJ Leong: How does the CB feel about having IDs in general or
having IDs in december? Instead of the PVC, maybe laminate
nalang
Louis de Jesus: Who conceptualized this project?
Pet Samaco: Standardized lang siya
Louis de Jesus: Was the rationale behind it was to brand or to show
a face behind Sanggu?
Pet Samaco: Identity
Alex Tanjangco: I really want this. It empowers the reps, the fact na
may Sanggu ID ka, may sort of legitimacy na part ka. Second, its a
way to identify yourself as a Sanggu member. When people see
your ID, it might allow them to approach you with any concern
Jared Sarmiento: This might be a way to add noise to the minds of
our constituents
Pet Samaco: I can super-coordinate with DPR
OFFICE OF THE

COCO LEVY (CJ Leong) {15}
Afarm-buklod Initiatives: we passed a reso on the Carper law so we have a
partnership with them
Coco Levy Initiatives: consultation and meetings
^ We talked to Fr Jett. etc,
1. Social media campaign
2. Coco Levy forum
^ Encourage your units to attend, endorse it to your profs
3. Laban Niyogan Booth
^ Info campaign to talk about the issue
^ Pledge 71: 71 pesos will go to the farmers
^ Signature petition: ask your units to sign
4. Welcoming program for marchers arrival
^ We need students to welcome them.
^ There will be a mass to be presided by Fr. Jett
^ After the mass, there will be dinner and a medical check up
^ If you guys will be there, kwentuhan tayo with the farmers
Before they actually enter:
On Wednesday, we want to gather the students to create posters that we
will hold once the farmers enter
(Karlo Abadines)
Isnt it better if we start making the posters on Thursday itself? For example
we start making at 2 pm then we have multiple stations in school so at 2 pm
there will be a concentrated effort to encourage the students. As opposed to
making it on Wednesday tas dadalhin on Thursday.
^ Ill talk to them to make it on Thursday instead
The idea is were going to put cartolinas on Red Brick Road and encourage
students
(Ray Gomez)
The whole issue is daunting to the students, but I guess putting things like
that will make it seem hopeful and will make them want to participate and
OFFICE OF THE
be part of it
On Thursday, we are encouraging students to wear white and well be
giving out green stickers
(Karlo Abadines)
Can you replicate the "Ateneans wear black" thing? I think Sanggu should
release a stand to rally the students to be there on Thursday.
(Ray Gomez)
Can OSG do something so that they find for us to have a common time to
meet?
Please change your DPs and encourage your unit members to change theirs
as well. Let your units feel that you yourself are involved.
Request to help for man power:
^ To man the booth and talk about the issue while youre there
^ Encourage people to sign the petition
^ Tell me if you want to help with the room-to-room
(TJ Santos)
Will AFarm have another blast? I also suggested a PA system. If ever youre
going to have a reso, it would be better to release it Wednesday night
(Polo Martinez)
Maybe we could assign a few people to craft a stand (CSPA)
Yung salubong mangyayari sa Leong Hall 4:30 pm. 9:30 am yung departure
Motion for the CSPA to craft a stand: Polo Martinez
Second: Ray Gomez
8:52
Motion to extend for 5 minutes: Ray Gomez
Second: Regis Andanar
Encourage your friends to sign the manifesto. Aim natin is 71000 signatures
and 71 student groups.
When you share, like the post, add a comment, put something encouraging
You can also tweet about it with #km71 and tweet the MMDA

I think that as CCR chair, we can treat this as a long term project, stuff to
transition. Para magkaroon ng committee in the following years to really
study this. Pag ready na siya, saka ipropose ulit sa iba nang administration
Motion to adjourn: Ray Gomez
