IAGI Annual Convention & Exhibition 2014

IAGI Annual Convention & Exhibition Merupakan agenda tahunan yang diadakan

oleh Ikatan Ahli Geologi Indonesia (IAGI) yang terlaksana dalam agenda Pekan Ilmiah
Tahunan (PIT) dan selanjutnya disebut sebagai PIT IAGI, pada tahun 2014 telah
memasuki tahun ke 43 PIT IAGI.
Panitia mengundang para profesional, akademisi, dan mahasiswa untuk
mengirimkan abstrak makalah untuk presentasi oral dan poster yang berhubungan
dengan tema di atas atau topik yang berada di bagian bawah. Batas penulisan abstrak
maksimum 300 kata, berupa tujuan dan cakupan penelitian, metode, hasil dan
kesimpulan, dan ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia. Abstrak tidak boleh mengandung
unsur gambar.

IPA Convention and Exhibition 2014

IPA Convention and Exhibition merupakan acara tahunan yang diadakan oleh

Indonesian Petroleum Association. The IPA Convention and Exhibition is one of the
ways IPA goes about delivering its mission and it is Indonesia's premier event for the oil
and gas industry. The IPA Convention and Exhibition aims to promote and attract
investments into Indonesia. It showcases the latest technology and innovations, and
supports the Indonesian government to identify and address major technical and nontechnical challenges within the country's oil and gas industry.
IPA Convention and Exhibition 2014 secara garis besar terdiri dari dua kompetisi
ilmiah yang dapat diikuti oleh mahasiswa yaitu Call For Papers dan Writing
Competition (Essai) dengan total hadiah Rp 29.000.000,A. CALL FOR PAPERS
The 38th IPA Convention & Exhibition will be held in the Jakarta Convention
Center 21 - 23 May 2014. The Technical Program Committee (TPC) is issuing this
formal CALL FOR PAPERS to solicit potential papers and posters suitable for the
Technical Program of the convention.

B. Writing Competition
The Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) encourages Indonesian graduate
students to join essay. Writing Competition, as part of the 38th IPA Convention &
Exhibition, which will be held May 21 - 23, 2014 in Jakarta. The chosen theme
is "Oil & Gas in the Future Indonesia's Energy Portfolio"
Judging Process
Participant entries will submit 1 (one) essay from April 14 May 11, 2014. During
the time Jakarta Globe will download those essay every day.
The essay selected until May 11, 2014, will be compiled in one file. The final
judging period is fromMay 12 May 16, 2014 for the 10 essays to be promoted at the
exhibition.
The winners and finalists will be notified by the committee by phone and e-mail.
Announcement of Winners
The announcement of the winners will take place at the Closing Ceremony on May
23rd2014. Winners must accept their awards in person, and the essay will be displayed on
a screen. Prizes will be presented symbolically by the IPA board.
Writing finalists and the winners will also be announced on the IPA official website
andJakarta Globe
