Philippines and uplift all our people, especially the poor through providing affordable, quality, natural
products., and it envisions itself as the gold standard of a globally successful enterprise with a heart
That will embolden all businesses to better serve society. With these goals set by the business, they have
Developed three core principles Pro-Philippines, Pro-Poor, and Pro-Environment.
With Regards to its branch operation with 75% below rating, The Company should adapt the things that
help other companies achieve their goal. Branch Managers should have proper trainings and seminars for
them to improve their Business Skills and Techniques for the betterment of the Company. Another way to
further improve and solve the problem with its branch operation the Company can replaced the Branch
Managers with the people that is business oriented and business educated.
The financial Statement and Balance Sheet of Human Heart Nature based on the study shows that the
Company is not greatly concern on their profit, but more on the well- being of the people by providing
employment to GK residents and giving them a minimum wage higher than what is required by law
(750Php/day). They also promote the regularization of their employees and provide them with full benefits
and overtime pay. Furthermore, on some special cases, they provide zero-interest loans to their
Employees, as well as debt restructuring, as well as debt restructuring plans when circumstances require
such.

Human Heart Nature is more Concern on the well- being of the company based on their Core Values which
is Pro- Philippines, Pro-Poor, Pro Environment. Kenneth Arrows Philosophy focuses on the two same
things, as sighted above the self-interest of the firm and the well- being of the people.
