Training programs and modules

Surveys show that a large percentage of our graduates are not


employable. It means that there are some missing elements in our
traditional education system. Our education system is mainly providing the
technical and bookish knowledge.. and certainly this is not enough.
Actually with that, students also need to know about how to use those skills
more effectively, about self management.. about relationship with self and
with others, personality development, innovation and such other issues.
These are some Training programs on such important topics like- Life skills,
soft skills, Employability, career education, self management, creativity,
management skills etc. one may easily understand how much these skills
and knowledge can be useful for youth and students for their education,
career and overall development.
I have used various psychological/management concepts, tools Techniques
and work of different scholars in preparing these training programs i.e. DBT,
NLP, CBT, Lateral thinking, parallel thinking, six thinking hats, Transactional
Analysis etc. I hope, applying these modules would be a fulfilling experience
for the participants and for the trainer (of course me..) as well.
