when he visited you. With ref. to the discussions he had, we would like to introduce ourselves as
manufacturers of ON LINE MONITORING SYSTEM for LOOMS & FABRIC INSPECTION SYSTEM.
We have been manufacturing these systems since 1993 and installed on over 9000
Machines worldwide in over 170 Mills. We have installed the system in Australia, Indonesia,
Rwanda, Bangladesh & Mauritius apart from all over India in all leading mills.
By installing our ON LINE MONITORING SYSTEM, the user can continuously monitor the
performance of each machine in various angles and easily find out the weak areas where they can
increase their Efficiency / Productivity. The system also monitors the performance of the Machine
Operators, Supervisor, Fitters, etc., to show the low performers. All these information can be vied on
each machine through the Display provided on each machine and at the central computer by various
users of the mills. The data is Displayed / Printed in user-friendly formats in Text as well as Graph.
We understand that you 90 Looms installed and wanted to install the system on 10 looms
initially before expanding to all looms. Pl. find attached herewith our SPECIAL OFFER for installing
On Line Monitoring System on your 10 Looms considering your interest in expanding to all
looms. We would like to bring to your kind notice that when the system is installed on further
looms only WIRELESS MACHINE TERMINAL (Item No.1 quoted) is required on each loom. Kindly
go through the same and feel free to contact us for any further details.

SCORE BOARD: An optional Score Board is available to view the Over All Shed Efficiency
automatically inside the shed. (Available in 2 Sizes)
SMS ALERTS MODULE: An optional SMS Alerts module is available to send SMS Alerts
automatically for various alert levels set by the mills.
FABRIC INSPECTION SYSTEM: TOUCH SCREEN MODEL & MACHINE TERMINAL Model for
FABRIC INSPECTION & ANALYSIS.

7. Per day charges @USD 30 to mills to be paid by the mills during installation & Service.
8. Validity: The offer is valid for a period of 7 days for the quantities mentioned.

5. Necessary Mechanical and Electrical fitters during installation.
