In previous versions, all reports were stored in the main directory of the USB or Local Drive. In this version, each report is stored in its own unique sub-directory and all files associated with that report are stored in that directory for simplicity.

    Drive.Asaresult,managingreportsandtheirassociatedimages,PDFfiles,and
    HTMLfilesbecamedifficultasthenumberofreportsincreased.Inthisversion,
    eachreportisstoredinitsownuniquesubdirectoryandallfilesassociatedwith
    thatreportarestoredinthatdirectoryforsimplicity.

    InstallationStepsforPiMProS/WVersion4.13.8

    1)

    LoadthenewversionofPiMProS/W(Version4.13.8)ontoaUSBdriveandinstallvia
    theS/WUpdatesiconwithintheConfigMenu.Whentheunitrestarts,youwillnotice
    thatnoneofyourexistingreportswillbevisibleinManageReports.

    2)

    InsertablankUSBdriveandrunBackupReportswithintheManageResourcesMenu.
    ThiswillcopytheoldreportsfromyourLocalDriveandconvertthemtothenewreport
    directorystructureontotheUSB.

    3)

    VerifythatallyourreportsnowappearonUSBviaManageReportsmenu.

    4)

    RuntheClearReportsutilitywithintheManageResourcesMenutoclearthelocal
    driveofalltheoldformatreports.

    5)

    UsingManageReports,individuallycopyanynewlyreformattedreportsthatyou
    wanttohaveonyourLocalDrivefromtheUSB.
