12.04.010 Adopted
The Parks, Golf and Open Space Plan, including
the Master Development Plan for Foster Golf Links, as
prepared, is hereby adopted as the Parks, Golf and
Open Space Plan for the City of Tukwila.

12.04.020 Authentication--Recordation--Availability
A copy of the plan, in the form adopted by this
ordinance, shall be authenticated and recorded by the
City Clerk along with this ordinance and, pursuant to
RCW 35A.12.140, not less than one copy of such
documents shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk
for use and examination by the public.

12.04.030 Filing
A copy of the ordinance codified herein and the
Parks, Golf and Open Space Plan shall be filed with the
following City departments:
1. Community Development;
2. Public Works Department;
3. Finance Department;
4. Parks and Recreation Department.
5. Mayor's Office.

12.04.040 Six-Year Master Plan for Foster Golf

12.12.030 “Extra Hole” Charge


An “Extra Hole” fee shall be charged when a player
desires to play an additional 9 holes after the first 9-
hole fee has been paid. The amount of the Extra Hole
fee shall be the difference between the 9-hole and 18-
hole fee for the particular player.

12.12.040 “Twilight” Fee


A “Twilight” fee of one-half the Non-Residential 9-
hole fee, weekday or weekend rate as applicable, shall
be charged to all golfers one hour before the official
sundown time or when there is not enough time to
complete nine holes. Twilight fee applies to golfers of
all ages and categories. Official sundown time shall be
as stated in the Nautical Almanac, U.S. Naval
Observatory for Seattle, Washington.
