1. INTRODUCTION:
Automated teller machine means neither avoids traveling with money nor any time
money, but certainly implies both. Slim ATM cards are fast replacing confounding
withdrawal forms as a convenient way of getting your money from banks. In a way, they
are rewriting the rules of financial transaction. A smart person no longer needs to carry a
wallet- full of paper money on his person. All he needs to do is fish out an ATM
(automated teller machine) card, insert it in the slot, punch in a few details and go home
with hard cash.The ATMs of a bank are connected to the accounting platform of the bank
through ATM switches.
2. COMPANY PROFILE:
The History of State Bank of India is the launch of the first Five Year Plan of independent
India, in 1951. The Plan aimed at serving the Indian economy in general and the rural
sector of the country, in particular.

3. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
Secondary data have been collected from RBI monthly bulletins, newspapers and
websites.
Primary data have been collected from by structuring the questionnaire format.
a. Problem Definition:
We this topic because there are many factors, which is necessary to know Customers are satisfying with SBI ATM services or not?
What should be the changes in the facilities or any addition?

Why customers purchasing other banks ATM instead SBI?


b. Objectives of the study:
1. To analyze the present ATM facilities provided by SBI.
2. To examine the factors affecting the choice of ATM.
3. To examine the impact of ATM on customer satisfaction by appraising the problems
faced by the customer
4. To analyze the post purchase behavior of customers regarding the different banks under
study.
c. Hypothesis:
Hypothesis is a speculation art a guess in a simple word, it is a prediction regarding the
possible outcomes of a study.
d. Collection of data:
Data have been collected from primary and secondary sources.
e. Scope of study:
Customer satisfaction, growth of SBI, services of SBI ATM, percentage of people having
ATMs of SBI are analyzed. Financial, strategic, operational factors are considered.
f. Limitations of study:
1. Time constraints as limited time for the survey.
2. Biased reply of many people.
3. While calculating percentages, approximations are made to the nearest figure.

It is concluded through the study of all data customer satisfaction level is highest in SBI.
