TITLE OF THE STUDY :

A study on the impact of health and safety related provision .

INTRODUCTION :

The occupational Health, Safety and walefare Act, 1986, resulting from the
anyone who can effect health and safety must protect the weilbeing of themselves and
others. You have a role to play in this and should be aware that your actions at work
directly influence the safety of you and your work mates. The occupational Health and
safety Act, 1993, requirs the employer to being about and maintain..

COMPANY PROFILE :
Hero is the brand name used by munjal brothers for flagship company hero
cycles ltd. A joint venture between the hero group company was estabushed in 1984 as
tge Honda company, This company was refurred to ashdeep singh from ciis college.
During the 1980s the company introduced motorcycle that were populay in india for
their fuel economy and low cost. A popular advertising campagn based on the slogan
fill it shut it forgot that the emphasized the motorcycle fuel efficiency helped the
company grow at a doble-digit pace since inception.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY :
Research may be defined as a scientific and a systematic search for information on a
specifitic investigation search of is known as Data.
A) PROBLEM DEFINITION :
Workplace health and safety procedures are necessary for the well-being of both
employers and employees. Violenle in the workplace in an ever-growing concern in
todays business community.

To avoid accident .
To insure that the directive continues to maintain a high level of worker
health protection
To know the job securities among the workers

Various safety provisions adopted by organization helps to improve productivity
of employees.
Various health and safety provisions affect the employees view towards the
organization.

The scope of the study is limited to the study of opinion on, The impact of health and
safety related provision in an organization adopted by the employer towards workers.

Just like a coin, every aspect has some pros and cons the limitation.
The responses given by the employees may not be true opinions because of
various reasons.
