Terms and Conditions: 1) Above rates quoted are valid till further notice and subject to changes upon booking.
2) Any store-rent charges at loading / discharging port, any detention to the cargoes charges incurred at
loading / discharging ports will be for shippers / consignees accounts and responsibility.
3) Cargo load/unload, stowage, count, lashed and cargo shipped on deck at shippers / consignees risk. The

carrier / agent / operator are not responsible for any loss, damages, shortage howsoever / whatsoever caused.
4) The rates excluded bank charges, withholding tax and any other taxes on cargo or services rendered. Any such
taxes imposed by the relevant authority shall be for shippers / consignees account and disbursement.
5) The shippers / consignees have to be ensuring the cargoes are legally declared as per custom requirements. If any
delays due to cargo docs and caused the Vessels standby / delay, this delay will be treated as demurrage respectfully
and to be for shippers / consignees account.
6) Booking is subject to lines approval and space availability at the time of shipment booking.
7) Rates quoted are subject to local handling, loading/unloading of cargo, Marine insurance, duty and tax at both end.
8) Any deviation in the measurement, weight and cargo description, Carrier reserve the right to review the offer and
acceptance of the cargo.
9) Above rates quoted are subject to drawing or photo, rates are based on cargo equipped with sufficient lifting
points / lugs for forklift and other equipment handling.
10) Any special required spreaders or lifting devices not already on board the vessel shall be supplied by the supplier
and or any saddles which may be required to support the cargo shall be supplied by the supplier
11) Cargo to be fitted with suitable lifting lugs or adequate means of lifting and centre of gravity to be clearly indicated.
12) Cargo to be packed in suitable sea worthy conditions for shipment.
13) In the event of cancellation of shipment after confirmation of vessel booking, customer will be liable for freight, cancellation,
penalty fee and all administration charges if any.
14) All business is transacted in accordance with the standard trading condition of the Singapore Logistics Association.
