LV ELECTRICAL DISTRUBUTION SCHEME

- All the mechanical equipments, motors, control panels, lighting and small
power distribution panels will be supplied with either
400V/50Hz for 3-phase 4-wire system
230V/50Hz for Single phase 2-wire system
For electrical switch board, low Voltage (400V) switchboards will be
constructed for the electrical supply distribution. Main-switchboard (MSB)
will be located at M&E plant room of LG and sub-switchboards (SB) or
distribution boards (DB) for final distribution at the respective floors where
necessary.

In cabling system, vertical electrical distribution for general tap-off branch

to suite application and Horizontal electrical distribution will be through
high (ceiling) level for all the general lighting and small power loads. PVC
or XPLE insulated copper cables in conduits and PVC/SWA/PVC for external
areas.

STANDBY POWER SUPPLY SYSYTEM

- All the lightings and small power under essential supply shall be
connected to the generator set. The loads under essential supply will be
provided according to the following proportions:

LIGHTING SYSTEM
-Illumination levels will be selected to comply with MS 1525 Recommendation or to the
Clients requirements. All the T5 fluorescent lamps come with low loss electronic control gear
& ballast. Use of incandescent tungsten, mercury vapor & halogen lamps are discouraged.
The localized lighting switch will be provided for individual areas such as plant rooms,
kitchen, storage room, etc.

as plant rooms, kitchen, storage room, etc.

Small Power Distribution

- All small power outlets shall be 13A switched socket radially or ring wired
wherever appropriate. The provision of switched socket outlets in, office,

- The CCTV Digital Surveillance System is provided to view, record &
playback multiple camera images captured from different location of the
selection of date and time of the event.
-Intercom system shall include one unit handset

SMATV (SATELLITE MASTER AND TELEVISION )

- The SMATV system shall provide VHF, UHF and IF band from a common
headend equipments including antennae and satellite dish.
