CLIENT PROFILE
Our client is one of biggest dairy products manufacturers and
distributors in Vietnam. As a Golden Trust Supplier, our client has a
closed milk production lifecycle with hundred thousand heads of
cattle which provide fresh milk distributing in most supermarkets
in Vietnam.

SERVICE REQUEST
With their exponential growth within the past few years for both
operation margin and revenue, our client realized that their IT
infrastructure will soon become overloaded. On the other hand,
they also need a complete ERP solution to manage the product
lifecycle as a whole and to give them an insight into their business.

No standard solution for a unique industry.
A young and growing company with a lot of changes in its
operations and strategy.
Huge amount of data to process.
SOLUTION
Provide an SAP solution including the following modules : SD,
MM, PP, QM, FI, and CO.
Two interfaces were built to capture the production of feed
materials and herd movements from 2 third-party applications.
Apply both methods of inter-company sales: STO and Triangular
Sales to meet the business requirements.
