COURSE OUTCOMES:
At the end of the course, the students should be able to:1. utilize customer data for the purpose of marketing and selling banking products
2. identify, evaluate and implement a market and selling strategy
3. gather information and determine the elements
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is an introduction to carry out raw customer data collection using customer database system, stationeries, computer and
directories so that customer data gathered identified, data detail key in and raw customers data safe kept in accordance with bank
requirement and procedure.
