MACKs cutting edge Driver Information Display

is now offered as an option on MACK Pinnacle
and Granite vehicles with V-MAC IV electronics.
The nearly 5 diagonal graphic monochrome
LCD display is fully integrated into the new
MACK instrument cluster and is centered and
high mounted for easy viewing while driving. The
unit features MACKs unique CoolBlue lighting
which is easy to read and even easier on the
eyes after a full day behind the wheel. And,
more than 50 individual driver selectable
Co-Pilot display screens keep the driver fully
informed and promote efficient vehicle
operation.

Co-Pilot is easy to operate, using the control stalk

located on the right side of the steering column.

to locate a menu item, press
to enter or select, and ESC to return the previous
screen. Its just that simple.

Vital Information To Driver

Co-Pilot automatically restricts specific screen access
while the vehicle is moving, to insure that the driver is
provided with only the information he needs, when
he needs it. Co-Pilots exclusive blank screen feature
can be used to deactivate the unit until an alert
message is received or the driver reactivates the unit.
All moving Co-Pilot screens feature a digital clock,
odometer, ambient temperature, voltmeter and
engine Sweet Spot indicator.

Co-Pilot is available on MACK Pinnacle and

Granite models. Co-Pilot is also required to
support certain options, including Theft
Deterrence, iTAS, MACKs integrated LVD
(low voltage disconnect) and the Fuel
Economy Incentive Program. Some of these
items may be offered at an additional cost.

Display Screens

Display Set-Up
Co-Pilot is fully adaptable to
customer selectable language
(English, French, and Spanish)
and display value units. Use the
set-up menu to change time
and date or to modify lighting.

Fleet Management
The Trip Information screens provide a summary on Drive, Fleet,
Periodic, and Life-of-Vehicle trips,
while the vehicle is moving, cruising, idling, or in PTO. The Fleet Trip
includes an assignable driver ID
and Bill of Landing entry.

Fuel Economy
View instantaneous and trip fuel
economy for all available trips.
MACKs Fuel Economy Incentive
Program provides bonus
(or penalty) road speed based
on rolling MPG levels.

Maintenance

Included with Co-Pilot,

GuardDog alerts the driver if
filters need to be replaced,
fluid levels are low, or the fuel
is contaminated. V-MAC IVs
Maintenance Monitor tracks
up to 15 fixed interval routine
maintenance items.

Digital Gauges
Digital instrumentation includes
a large easy to read
speedometer, load and throttle
indicators, plus several vehicle
and engine temperature or
pressure measurements.

Diagnostics
View active and logged faults in an
easy to read format, including fault
source, description, occurrence
and frequency. Full instrument
cluster diagnostics are accessed
through Co-Pilot, including gauge
and indicator lamp tests.
