Procedure
ADD 1 cups of water to a standard coffee pot, and in the filter basket place 8g coffee.
COMBINE cocoa, sugar and cream in a heat-proof pitcher. When the coffee is done brewing,
simply pour into the pitcher and, with a slotted mixing spoon, whisk it around until blended.
ADD vanilla extract for flavor and check for sweetness; individual taste varies. Cool, then
refrigerate for 2 hours, pour over ice and serve.
SERVE with whipped topping and cinnamon stick stirrers, and mint leaves in your glass.

Procedure
HEAT milk in a small saucepan over low heat until the milk begins to steam.
WHISK in the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until dissolved.
STIR in the chocolate until melted. Remove saucepan from heat, and allow to cool slightly.
BEAT the heavy cream in large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently
