registered office of the company on 25th November, 2012 at 3.00 pm.

Debabrata Saha, Chairman of the company was presided over the meeting.
After threadbare discussion and careful; consideration passed the following
resolutions:
1. To read and confirm previous Board of Directors Meeting of the company.
2. Decided to open a Bank Account with Agrani Bank, Faridpur Branch for
companys financial activities.
3. Resolved that Sarkar Ardhendu, Managing Director will be the
signatory authority for regulating Bank account & all other regular
activities of the company and is hereby approved accepted by the Board
with immediate effect from today.

There being no other business discussion to transact the meeting ended with a
vote of thanks to the chair.
