Tommy,
| cannot thank you enough for creating the waitlist. It was a huge “elephant “ of a task because our sleep labhas been
So short staffed and we have no admin support. It was my understanding at a recent meeting that included(H4S Leadar ship
that until our program has adequate staffing, the HAC staff would continue to support the additions to the
waitlst and my staff would take patients off the waitlist as they schedule. We fully expect to take over full responsibility
as soon as | have staffing, At that time, | am sure that our staff will welcome the additional training. If | understood
correctly, commended that | send him (or youlthe names that needed to be added to the waitlst on a weekly
basis. Please let me know if that will work. Your efforts have been very appreciated

‘The EWL is caught up completely. Only future consults need to be added when they cannot be immediately scheduled
for later scheduling in the future, The EWL is part of the tracking process for scheduling,

Wendy,
| noticed you used the newly created EWL for the sleep lab, but you don’t want to use the ASAP option. You should
always use the Future Date option and then enter the Veteran's desire date which is indicated by the “Earliest
Appropriate Date” on the consult placed.
am available to assist with any training necessary to include how to run the EWL report to show your list. Please let me
know if you would like any help. Janice and I have placed the manual list of about 500 on your EWL.
Thanks,
Tommy Belinski
