Spearheaded operations of city owned parks and building maintenance to ensure optimally functioning spaces.
Mitigated public concerns by troubleshooting and assessing issues to resolve building repairs and
maintenance. Planned and administered an operating budget as well as capital improvements budget while
allocating resources efficiently on an annually projected basis. Produced operational and fiscal reports
including budget requests, authorized revenues/expenditures monitoring and cost saving program
