Criteria and Process for Removing a Team Member from

the Team
If the team member breaks the contract, we will use a three strike penalty process
for removing a team member from the team.
First strike is talking to the team member who has broken the contract; the team
will try to figure out what has happened and why the team member has broken the
contract.
Second strike is talking to the instructor about the team member who has broken
the contract and figuring out the way how to deal with it.
Third strike is removing a team member from the team.
