Inspection of Feed-water Pump Power Turbines

Range of services after 8,000 12,000 hours of operation:

Dismantling and assessment of nozzles, flame tubes and
cross-fire tubes
Measurement of IGV (inlet guide vane) play in adjustable
compressor inlet vanes
Monitoring of compressor rotor blades, turbine guide
vanes, turbine rotor blades and transition pieces
Visual inspection of auxiliary gear unit and load gear unit
Refilling oil on auxiliary shaft, monitoring of displacement
Checking of flame detector and spark plugs, filter change
Reassembly of all disassembled parts

Included in service contract:

Monitoring/replacement of bearings 1+2
Monitoring/replacement of insert rings
Monitoring/replacement of AT gear unit coupling
Replacement of labyrinth bushings
Monitoring/overhaul of quick-action valve
Monitoring/overhaul of control valves 1-4

Hot Gas Path Inspection

Range of services after 24,000 hours of operation analogous
to combustion chamber inspection and expanded to include:
Dismantling of transition pieces
Dismantling and replacement of compressor stator case 1
Calibration of magnetic valves, thermal elements and
pressure sensors

Repair and maintenance of pumps, armatures, heat

exchangers, piping, etc.
Installation, maintenance and checking of electrical
equipment and operating, process measuring and control
