The denominations and benefits are in no way final and are open to
negotiations to suit the needs of the Sanggunian to guarantee a mutually
beneficial partnership
Andrea Diaz: Last year, Sanggu gave 14k. Branding has always been a
problem and we want to make sure that everyone in our batch to know that
Sanggu was really a big part of the Blue Roast. Wed like to ensure that your
brand will be stamped to the student heads before they leave campus.
Budget:
o Total Operating Expenses: 1,247,200.00
o First blue roast committee that will be working with a deficit (deficit from last year)
o Deficit: 175k
Last years committee expected to sell 300 shirts but only 50 were sold
Calves werent finished
o Ticket: P300 pre-selling price / P350 on the day itself
o Diaz: Trying to get as much pre-event sales as possible, so that we wont be scared
on the day itself.
o Projected Sponsorships
65k in cash

Tj Santos: How many other sponsors did they have last year? So that we can
compare it to your target this year.
Andrea Diaz: They had 12 sponsors last year. As of now, we dont have
sponsors but weve already been looking. We already sent Sir Inno. We
dont just give out roses, but were also asking the lower batches to give to
their senior friends.
Ryan Yu: Wala bang repercussions ang previous batch due to the deficit?
Diaz: They didnt get their diplomas. The previous committee members
offered to help us out for this year, so that they could forward our
sponsorship packages to their companies.
De Jesus: If we do have less help from different avenues, it would be a very
conservative event.
Duque: My concern is that the introduction is that this is a Sanggu project
every year, but ang dating sa akin is partnership with a partner organization.
Its not institutionalized eh na Sanggunian ang Blue Roast at kaagad-agad na
ibibigay. I invite the CB to look into a bugbog-sarado final quotation

Gomez: My suggestion is to give you the minimum of 214k and just give you
the list of our sponsors.
Abadines: Will it kill you if your budget is delayed.
Yu: In general, on our end, what were willing to provide is assistance for
specific items. Their approach last year was fund the tokens and the calves,
so maybe you could decided which particular items youd like us to fund.
Diaz: You guys gave 214k last year, and we were computing inflation lets
say 3% -- and added the inflation and the deficit last year lets say 390k and
that would make it at par with the team last year: 390k (deficit + what Sanggu
gave last year).
But theyre asking for 595k why?
Yu: I dont think its your responsibility to get back the money they lost last
year.

Santos: kapag masyado mababa ang fare at ayaw na nila kumuha ng sticker cause they dont
want to go through that route, baka gumawa sila ng route
Complaints regarding overpricing.
If you concede to the padded rice, they would be considered to not have violated anything.
