Poljine Hills, savremeno stanovanje u 217 individualnih stambenih objekata i 192 stana
organiziranih u 12 urbanih vila. Naselje je organizirano u gotovo netaknutom prirodnom
okruenju na padini orjentiranoj prema jugu, u dijelu grada okruenom zelenilom
i prirodom. Individualno stanovanje u etiri osnovna tipa individualnih stambenih
objekata koji e se graditi na parcelama povrine 400, 600 i 800 m2.

Poljine Hills - modern housing settlement with 217 individual residential buildings and
192 apartments arranged in 12 urban villas. The settlement is organized in almost
unspoiled natural environment on the slope faced to south, in an area surrounded
by greenery and nature. Individual housing proposed as four basic types of individual
housing units to be built on plots of 400, 600 and 800 m2.

Aleja predstavlja ulicu, put ili stazu koja je omeena i ukraena


na obje strane ulice drvoredima ili nasadima. Aleja predstavlja
arhitektonski ureen krajolik i vrstu proirenog vrta. Rije dolazi iz
francuske rijei avenue i bio je naturaliziran tokom tridestogodinjeg
rata u Njemakoj. Nastao je izvorno iz rijei aller (ii) i postao
alle koji je znailo hodati u sjenovitim vrtu.
Alley is a street, road or trail that is bordered and decorated on both
sides of the street or alley crops. Alley is an architectural landscape
and furnishings of the expanded garden. The word comes from the
French word avenue and was naturalized during thirty years war in

Ulice Jabuke, Jorgovana, Kruke, Zove, Trenje i Bagrema predstavljaju tematske cjeline
koje ne moraju biti zasaene samo kulturama po kojima su ulice nazvane. Ipak nazivi ulica
predstavljaju zelene klastere koji su formirani od dominatne kulture drvea po kojima su
pojedine ulice nazvane. Sve odabrane kulture rastinja su veoma dekorativne, uglavnom s
veoma korisnim plodovima ili cvatom i svoju upotrebu svakao imaju kroz dugu istoriju Bosne
i Hercegovine.
Pored toga upotrebom predloenih vrsta rastinja se svakako estetski poboljava ambijent i
pojedinane vizuelne sekvence, poboljava se mikroklima, titi od sunca, filtriraju se i iste
podzemne vode, stabilizira tlo i smanjuje erozija.
Alley in the settlement Poljine Hills connects the lowest and the highest part of the plot,
and is almost perpendicular to the slope of the terrain. The total length of the alley is more
than 650 meters. Perpendicular to the main alley formed service lanes; Apple, Lilac, Pear,
Elder, Cherries and Acacia. Alley of the settlements formed the main roads with trees and
scrublands neatly shaped green zone and up to 2.5 meters in height placed on both sides of
the street. Designed Alley is a clearly defined architectural and urban element that separates
the main traffic flow of the said service roads and residential areas, and protects against
sun, wind, exhaust gases, noise and looked up.
Streets Apples, Lilac, Pear, Elder, Cherries and Acacia represent topics that may not be
planted only on crops where the streets are named. Yet the street names are green clusters
that were formed by the dominant culture of the trees on which certain streets named. All
selected cultural vegetation are very decorative, mostly with very useful fruit or blossom,
and its use, without doubt, have the long history of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition, using the proposed type of vegetation is certainly improves the aesthetic
environment and individual visual sequence, help to enhances the micro air, protect against
the sun, filtered and clean underground water, stabilizing the terrain and reducing erosion.

Aleja u naselju Poljine Hills povezuje najnii i najvii dio parcele gotovo okomito na nagib
terena. Ukupna duina aleje je preko 650 metara. Okomito na glavnu aleju su formirane
servisne ulice; Jabuke, Jorgovana, Kruke, Zove, Trenje i Bagrema. Aleju formira glavna
naseljska saobraajnica s drvoredom i bunastim uredno oblikovanim zelenilom i zoni do 2,5
metara visine postavljenim s obje strane ulice. Projektirana aleja predstavlja jasno definiran
arhitektonsko-urbanistiki element koji odvaja glavni saobraajni tok od pomenutih
servisnih saobraajnica i zona stanovanja, te titi od sunca, vjetra, ispunih gasova, buke
i pogleda.

Stablo kruke moe narasti i preko 15 m. ivotni vijek je i do 300 godina.
Plodovi kruke sazrijevaju od poetka jeseni do poetka zime. Rod
kruke - Pyrus se sastoji od najmanje 20 vrsta. Kruka je poznata jo od
predhistorijskog vremena. U 9. stoljeu p.n.e. Homer je u Odiseji napisao
da je drvo kruke bilo dar bogova te da je raslo u vrtu Alcinous.

Jorgovan lat. (Syringa Mill.) simbolizira ljubav. Osim rua, ne


postoji cvijet koji ima tako jak i intenzivan miris. Miris cvijeta
jorgovana se osjeti na veoj udaljenosti. Syringa (Jorgovan) je
rod od oko 20-25 kultiviranih vrsta cvjetnica u obitelji maslina
(Oleaceae). Dok je cvijet jedan od najdelikatnijih ukrasnih
cvjetova, biljka je jedna od najjaih. Novije hibridne sorte mogu
preivjeti zimske temperature od -50C.

Pear tree can grow over 15 meters. It has lifespan of 300 years. The
fruits of pear ripen from early autumn to early winter. Pear fruit Pyrus consists of at least 20 species. Pear has been established since
Prehistoric times. In the 9th century b.c.e. Homer wrote in Odyssey that
the pear tree was a gift of the gods, and that it grew in the garden of
Alcinous.

Lilacs lat. (Syringa Mill.) symbolize love. Apart from Roses, there
is no flower as beautiful and aromatic as Lilacs. Lilacs even
have a stronger, more intoxicating scent which can be widely
spread. Syringa (Lilac) is a genus of about 20 25 cultivated
species of flowering plants in the olive family (Oleaceae).
Although Lilac flowers are among the most delicate, the plants
are among the hardiest. Some newer hybrid varieties can
survive winter temperatures of -50C.

Zova (Sambucus nigra) raste kao

rasprostranjena i moe rasti na
nadmorskoj visini do 1200m. Drvo
Zove u Bosni veoma esto raste oko
kua, formira ograde, a bun Zove je
veoma pogodan za uzgoj ivice. Zova
se veoma esto koristi i u narodnoj
medicini.
Elder (Sambucus nigra) grows as a
bush or tree, to a height of 3-5m.
Elder is widespread and can grow
at an altitude of 1200m. In Bosnia
it often grows around the house,
forming a fence, and it is very suitable
for growing hedges. Elder is often
used in folk medicine.

Bagrem (lat. Robinia pseudoacacia) poznat


i kao akacija je bjelogorino drvo iz porodice
mahunarki (lat. Fabaceae). Drvo Bagrema je u
umama centralne Bosne i Hercegovine jedna
od najrairenijih vrsta drvea. Bagrem se u
umarstvu koristi u zasadima za zatitu od
erozije. Drvo Bagrema moe narasti u visinu do
25 m, a u debljinu do 90 cm.

Jabuka, lat.(Malus), je rod drvenastih


biljaka iz familije Rosaceae kao i ime za
njihov plod. Postoji oko 50 vrsta jabuke.
Drvo jabuke je listopadno i moe narasti i
preko 10 metara visine. Kronja jabuke se
moe lijepo oblikovati. Ljeti kronja jabuke
zbog svoje gustoe stvara veoma ugodnu
hladovinu.

Acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia lat) also known


as acacia is a deciduous tree of the legume
family (Fabaceae lat). Acacia tree is one of the
most widespread tree species In the forests
of central Bosnia and Herzegovina. Acacia is
used in forestry plantations to protect against
erosion. Acacia tree can grow up to 25 m, 90 cm
in diameter.

Apple, lat (Malus), is a genus of woody


plants of the family Rosaceae as the name
for their fruit. There are about 50 kinds
of apples. The apple tree is deciduous
and can grow over 10 meters high. Apple
treetop can be nicely shaped as decoration.
In summer, apple trees can create a very
pleasant shade because of its density.

Trenja (lat.)Prunus avium je drvo


iz porodice Rosaceae. U nekim
krajevima Bosne naziva se jo i lama
ili halama. Trenja je listopadno
drvo, moe narasti od 15-30 m visoko,
a obim stabla iznosi i do 1,5 m. U
posljednjih 30-tak godina u Bosni i
Hercegovini se veoma esto koristi
japanska trenja koja ima veoma lijep
i dekorativan cvijet.
Cherry (lat) Prunus avium is a tree of
the family Rosaceae. In some parts
of Bosnia is also called lama or
Halama. Cherry is a deciduous tree
and can grow 15-30 m high, and the
diameter of the tree is up to 1.5 m.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina Japanese
cherry has been often planted in the
last 30 years because of its nice and
decorative flower.
