Reno Huskie Families,

Semester 2 is underway and we are looking forward to a strong
finish of the 2014-2015 school year. Please read through this
newsletter as it gives families important details and information
along with sharing some links to cool videos and news.

First semester grade data told us freshmen and juniors struggled in their core classes while sophomores and seniors
showed an overall improvement in total Fs issued compared
to last years data. Teachers and departments are analyzing
the first semester failures to identify any trends/issues we
could help students overcome. We hope to publish a schoolwide departmental breakdown of what we offer students
who struggle at Reno High School so stay tuned for that in the
future.
Reno High School is proud to announce we have 2 Presidential Scholar Candidates who will move forward in the process
to earn a Presidential Scholars Award. Congratulation Clay
