Refineries
and Power Energy, working for companies in Europe, Canada, South America, Asia, and in the USA.
I am inventor of USA Patent No.: 6,289,585 B1 which is related to energy savings and waste heat utilization.

I am experienced in design, calculation, material selection, manufacturing processes, inspection and maintenan
trouble shooting and repair of various equipment at Oil Refineries and Power Generating Plants.
My experience includes: Power Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Piping, Gas and Steam Turbines,
HRSG’s, all Pumps and Valves, Rotating Equipment, Diesel Engines, and Balance of Plant (BOP) Equipment.

prepared recommendations for equipment upgrade. Analyzed the equipment prices and delivery

Supervised various specialists (up to 50 people of different trades) in Commissioning Department at
Nuclear
Power Plants (Pickering and Darlington sites), contributed to ongoing system design changes, interfaced

other departments, compiled data, and reported results. In charge of Warranty Survey at Pickering
Nuclear Power Station (8 Units at 640 MW Power) and Commissioning of Steam Turbines, Pressure
Vessels, Generators, and all
auxiliary equipment at Darlington Nuclear Generating Station (4 Units at 1,200 MW Power). I cooperated
with
Babcock – Wilcox of Canada specialists during installation, commissioning and start-up of 300 MW Water
Tube Boiler

Project “Plasma Extended Arc Reactor System” (PEAR), in cooperation with University of Toronto
scientists; project annual budget: US$ 5,000,000. I was also in charge of special designs and technology

National Board Authorized Inspector (A.I.) (1978-1981)
Inspected boilers and pressure vessels for insurance company and for Federal Government. Analyzed
safety
operation of equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, filters, rotating equipment, and
electrical
power systems. Prepared reports for approval of operation and issuance of safety certificates and
Government licenses.

NUCLEAR EQUIPMENT COMPANY “POLON”, Krakow, Poland


Mechanical Engineer / R&D Specialist (1973-1978)
Designed and tested prototype non-contact equipment for measurement of flow, mass, level, and
density, utilizing isotopes of Cobalt60 and Cesium137. Developed and tested components of industrial
process computer control system "CAMAC", in cooperation with France and Germany. I cooperated with
scientist operating Cyclotron in city of Swierk in Poland. I was in charge of “Polon” Inventors Group,
