Who are we?

P&G stands for Procter & Gamble. The founders of the company are William Procter
and James Gamble. The company was established in 1837 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The
formal partnership agreement was signed in October 31, 1837.

CUSTOMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(Sales)
Do you like winning? Are you exceptional at
understanding the needs of others, developing
strategic solutions, and delivering results through
superior planning, communication, and influence? If so,
then a role in CBD is right for you. In CBD you will
develop your strategic selling skills by building diverse,
collaborative relationships with P&G multi-functional team
members to develop consumer preferred solutions
and to meet the needs of our customers and
consumers. CBD managers competencies include: 1)
Aligning strategically, 2) Selling Joint Value, and 3)
Executing with excellence. You would have responsibility
for representing P&G products and building long-term,
strategic relationships with our customers.

PRODUCT SUPPLY
The Product Supply function at P&G is a broad organization. As a whole,
we operate and manage the P&G supply chain to ensure the
continuous supply and availability of P&G brands to the market.
When you join as a PS member, you will be assigned to one of the
following teams:
Customer Services/Logistics: play an important role in the
management of raw materials flow, packaging and finished goods.
Engineering: use a high level of technical expertise to produce the
highest quality consumer products in the world and leverage
technology as the key to our manufacturing processes across all
businesses.
Purchasing: be responsible for USD15 billion worth of materials and
services needed annually to produce world class consumer products
and be involved for seeking out innovative suppliers in every part of
the world.
Manufacturing: lead the production of P&Gs extensive line of
consumer and industrial products and enable our production facilities
to keep us at the forefront of technological change and innovation by
combining engineering skills with management techniques to achieve
better results.
