Project Title Advanced Burglar Alarm
Year: 2003-2004
Team Size: 4
Position: Team Member
Components Used: Transformer, ASP Micro controllers, ASP Microprocessors,
Capacitors, Resistors, Heat Sink, Inductors, LEDs, Diode,
Microphone, Speaker.
Description: The aim of this project was to alert the public in the event of any
burglary or theft by transmitting the warning signals to the near by FM channels
within 3km radius, the transmission of the warning signals will continue to
repeat until the device is switched off. This system was so designed that the

warning voice messages were recorded not on magnetic tapes but in the
Microprocessor, this makes the system more compact and efficient.
