Why is there a season ticket drive?

The success of the VegasWantsHockey ticket drive will demonstrate the long-term viability of an NHL
franchise in Las Vegas, and prove that our community, without question, can support a team.

How many ticket deposits have to be made to get an NHL team?

Our goal is to sell AT LEAST 10,000 season tickets. The arena will have approximately 17,500 seats. We
must get enough ticket deposits to demonstrate to the NHL that Las Vegas will support an NHL team.

How can I secure my season tickets for NHL hockey in Vegas?

Deposits for season tickets will begin on Tues., Feb. 10, 2015 at 1:30 PM PST. All transactions must be
completed online (no phone orders will be accepted).

What exactly am I purchasing as part of the VegasWantsHockey campaign?

By participating in the VegasWantsHockey campaign, you are placing a deposit on season tickets for the
first potential NHL season in Las Vegas, should a team be awarded. Your deposit enables you to
purchase season tickets for a specific number of years (term), in a specific section within a specifc price
range (based on availability).

Does my deposit commit me to more than the first season?

You are able to select the length of your commitment, ranging from one year to 10 years. As part of this
commitment, you are required to make a deposit of approximately 10% of the first years season ticket
price. For multi-year commitments, the deposit will be applied in the final year of your term; for oneyear season tickets, it will be applied to the cost of the tickets for that season.

Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind after the ticket drive?

Deposits are refundable if it is determined that an NHL franchise will not be coming to Las Vegas for the
2016 - 2017 season. Deposits secured during the ticket drive are otherwise non-refundable.
Deposits are 100% refundable only if Las Vegas is not awarded a team for the 2016 - 2017 season.

Can I select my seats when I make my deposit?

Seat selections will not be made when you place your season ticket deposit. However, you will be able
to select your preferred section, term and price level. Those who have placed a deposit on a season
ticket will be invited to make a seat selection:
1) if Las Vegas is awarded a hockey team, and
2) after completion of the arena, which will be located on Park Ave at Frank Sinatra Blvd. (between the New
York New York Hotel and Casino and the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino).

Can I put a deposit on a half-season package?

At this time, deposits will only be accepted for full season tickets. Fans interested in partial seasons can
signify their interest on the email sign-up form, but we cannot guarantee that half-season tickets or
partial season tickets will be available. We suggest you partner with friends or family to share the cost of
the season ticket package; however, the deposit must be made with one credit card.

How will I get to choose my seat?

Priority of seat selection will be based on the following criteria:
1) Length of season ticket term (10 years, 5 years, 3 years, 1 year)
2) Date and time deposit was made.

If I place a season ticket deposit, will I be guaranteed my preferred location?

We will do our absolute best to ensure that the process is fair, and best efforts will be made to ensure
either the same or comparable seats are secured. However, due to circumstances listed below, it may
not be possible to secure your exact preference during the selection process.

There may be slight changes to the current section map.

Seats will be allocated during the selection process in priority order, based on tenure and term
commitment.

Your deposit preference may not be in the price level you desire.

What are the costs of the tickets and how much of a deposit is required? What is the final season
ticket pricing structure?
Season ticket deposits are approximately 10% of the cost of a season ticket, which range between $150$900 per seat. Final season ticket pricing will be released when the seat selection process is announced.
The price of the ticket is based on location within the arena. A range of ticket prices, along with a
diagram identifying the location of each section, is listed below. Final prices will be available when seat
selections are made.

Are multi-year season tickets available?

Yes, multi-year season tickets are available in all sections. Priority for seat location will be given to
season ticket holders with the longest term. Additionally, all premium seats (P1 - Center Ice Club and P2
- Lower Corners) will only be available with multi-year commitments (3, 5 or 10 year).

How do these package prices compare to other NHL teams?

Based on the most current projections, the price of the tickets in Las Vegas are comparable to the NHLs
average ticket price for the 2016-2017 season.

Is there a limit on the number of seats I can purchase?

At this time, we are asking fans to purchase no more than 16 tickets per person. This will allow us to give
all of the members of our Las Vegas community a chance to purchase season tickets and will
demonstrate that the Las Vegas community can support this team.

Is there an advantage to making a deposit early in the VegasWantsHockey ticket drive?

Absolutely! Seat selection will be determined first by the length of season ticket and then by the time
and date your deposit transaction was completed. The earlier you participate, the sooner you can select
your seat for the games.

Can I upgrade or relocate my ticket package at a later date?

Fans will be given a chance to select their season tickets should a franchise be awarded. After each
season, best efforts will be made to accommodate seat upgrades and relocation requests based on
availability. However, due to the fact that many fans will be committing to multiple-year terms, the
opportunity to do so may be limited. Additionally, first right to upgrades/relocations will be given to
current season ticket holders. In order to ensure the best seat selection, we encourage you to place your
deposit as soon as possible.

Will you have a payment plan?

Yes, we will have a few payment options when tickets are sold. More details will be communicated if a
franchise is awarded.

I want to sit next to a friend at games. How can I make sure our seats are together?
The seat selection process, which will take place if a team is awarded to Las Vegas and after the arena is
complete, will be based on an established priority, as described above.
As a result, to ensure that your group is together, all parties should combine their intial order and place
the deposits for all seats under a single name and credit card. During seat selection process, the seats
can be separated into different accounts for billing purposes.

Can I break or get out of my 3-, 5- or 10-year agreement?

Once signed, your multi-year agreement between you and Hockey Vision, LLC, will be binding. However,
the ticket purchase agreement and your rights and obligations in that agreement, including your seats,
may be transferred any time after the completion of the inaugural season. At that point, you may assign
and transfer your rights to a qualified person who will agree to assume your obligations under the ticket
purchase agreement. A Transfer of Ownership form will need to be submitted to and approved in
order to authorize the transfer of the rights, privileges, obligations and deposit for the remainder of the
term. An administrative fee of $250 per seat will apply.

If I commit to multiple years, how do I know what ticket prices will be in future years?
Five- and 10- year commitments for season tickets include a guarantee that the cost of your season
tickets will not increase for three years. A three-year commitment for season tickets includes a
guarantee that the cost of your season tickets will not increase for two years.

What will the name of the team be?

We are currently focused on successfully completing the VegasWantsHockey ticket drive and securing
an NHL Franchise. If successful, the team name will be determined at a later date.

What are the benefits of becoming a season ticket holder?

In addition to the excitement of being part of the first professional sports team in Las Vegas, season
ticket holders will receive an automatic membership to the Foley Food & Wine Society:

Will there be easy access to parking?

The arena developers, MGM and AEG, have done a comprehensive traffic study and will be making
major improvements to the access and egress surrounding the arena. Detailed traffic and parking plans
will be made available to the public well in advance of the opening of the arena.

As a season ticket holder, will I have preferred access to playoff tickets?

Yes. Season ticket holders will have first right to their seat for any potential playoff games.

As a season ticket holder, am I required to purchase pre-season tickets?

Pre-season tickets are included with the season ticket package.

As a season ticket holder, am I required to purchase playoff tickets should the team qualify?
No. Season ticket holders will have first right of refusal on playoff tickets.
