AFFIDAVIT
I, Magaling P. Teknikal, Filipino citizen, of legal age, single and a
resident of 20 Apollo St. Acropolis Libis, Quezon City, after having
been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
THAT I am presently employed at Computer Specialist Inc, as an
Information Technology Expert.
THAT I have doctoral degree in Information Technology. My 20- year
experience includes handling and supervising networking, internet
connections, and communication and telecommunications
activities. I have been involved in several investigations regarding
computer fraud, hacking and other cyber-related crimes.
THAT I am consulted by the lawyers of Ms. Heart D. Yu to inquire
on technical matters in relation to my knowledge in IT.
THAT I am executing this affidavit to attest that based on my study
and investigation, there is a very high degree of probability that
another person made the alleged libelous article, which is the
subject matter of the case against Ms. Yu. Further, the real
perpetrator covered his tracks by changing his Internet Protocol
address.
