This is an application for judicial review in respect of a decision of Passport Canada issued
from their office located at 70 Cremazie Street, Gatineau, Quebec, 38Y 3P2. The decision

November
decision to revoke the Canadian Passport QG716098 issued in his name and to refuse him

The Applicant makes application for:

1. An order setting aside the decision of Passport Canada dated November 19
2014, wherein it decided to revoke the Canadian Passport QG716098 issued in the
Applicants name for an unspecified time.

2. An order referring this matter back to Passport Canada for a new decision or,
alternatively, an order referring the matter back to Passport Canada for
determination of the matter in accordance with such directions as this Honourable
Court considers appropriate.
3. Such further and other relief as counsel may advise and this Honourable Court
deems just.
The grounds for the application are:
1. That Passport Canada erred in law in revoking the Canadian passport
QG716098 issued in the Apphcanfs name and denying him passport
services for an unspecified time.
2. The director does not possess the jurisdiction to revoke the applicants
passport.

-33. The director violated the applicants section 6.1 mobility rights contained in
the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
4. That Passport Canada based its decision on erroneous findings of fact
which it made it a perverse or capricious manner or without regard to the
material before it;
5. That Passport Canada failed to observe a principal of natural justice,
procedural fairness or other procedures that it was required by law to
observe;
6. Such further or other grounds as may become apparent to counsel for the
Applicant upon review of the transcript of the whole of the proceedings and
evidence produced at the hearing of this case.
DECLARE invalid and quash the decision of the Director of Passport
Program lntegrity in accordance with such directions as it considers
appropriate.
