AGREEMENT
is
entered
into
between ...................................... (Name of NGO) represented by its
heirs, successors and promoters, hereinafter called the first party
and between Shri Devraj Choudhari, currently R/o Sr. MIG 13 Gautam
Nagar, Bhopal hereinafter called the Second party on this
date...............................
1)
AS, the first party is interested in getting prepared project
proposals for NGO and to implement them at the place of NGO's
choice.
2)
AS, Shri Devraj Choudhari has the expertise and experience
to prepare such projects with substantial knowledge and subject
understanding.
Both the parties agree to the following terms:3)

Responsibilities of both the parties shall be as under:1. Responsibilities of party No. 1 will be as under:Meeting the prospective agencies as guided by Party No. 2.
To act on the advice of the party No. 2 and to submit the project
to the office as guided by Party No. 1 on its own expenses
To pursue and liaise with the donor agencies as and when
required,
To represent the organization before the donor agencies as and
when required,
To chase the project progress on advise of party No.2 with the
donor agencies,
To incur all the expenses from its own pocket for other incidental
financial requirement during the course of project consideration.

g. To provide all documents to the party No. 2 for writing a skillful

and impressive proposal,

h. To provide names of directors, latest updates of organization,

financial statements, list of assets, list of beneficiaries, list of
experts, list of trainers, list of staff duly typed in soft copies, to
party No. 2
i. Conducting necessary survey, preparing reports of survey, its
tabulation and analysis
j. To provide wholehearted support to Party No. 2 as and when
required by him for better presentation of proposal.
k. Cost of agreement shall be borne by Party No. 1.
2. Responsibilities of party No. 2 will be as under:a. He will write the project in the specified time limit and would
guide the party No. 1 throughout the process for sanction of
Grants/Amounts from the prospective donor/Agency.
b. He will provide back hand support to steer through the project
for approval of the proposal.
c. He will prepare necessary answers to the queries raised by the
donor agencies,
d. He will provide overall guidance to the party No. 1 till the
project is sanctioned.
e. He will prepare additional sub reports, letters, presentations
etc. required in course of approving the project.
f. He will provide wholehearted support to the party No. 1 as and
when required.
g. The language of project shall be English or Hindi as the case
may be.
h. Party No. 2 will write the project in 30 days' time limit after all
necessary documents, lists and schedules are provided to him
by party No. 1.
i. Party No. 2 shall help Party No. 1 till the sanction of project by
remaining in the backstage and would guide party No. 1 to
present the proposal in full measure to impress upon the
donors.
4) Financial Terms: That the project shall be written by the

2nd party on the request of 1st party at the following

financial terms:a. Consultancy charge will be @5% of total project value of each
project, thus written by Party No. 2 for party No. 1 and of the
total project cost for which proposal is written 1% / 0.5% as may
be agreed upon shall be paid to the party No. 2 in advance
before starting the project writing. If 0.5% advance is given the
Party No. 1 is bound to give 4.5% of total project cost.
Remaining amount shall be paid to party No. 2 through a crossed
cheque putting the remaining amount in the cheque by the
authorized signatories of the NGO with a promise that stop
payment intimation shall not be passed over to the Bank or the
account shall not be closed. Party No. 2 shall promise to Party
No. 1 that the said cheque shall not be presented to the Bank
until the sanction amount of the project under question is not
deposited in the Bank.
5) Validity of this agreement shall be One year from the date of
signing which could be further extended upto another year on the
same or mutually agreed terms.
6) The above agreement is signed by both the parties for further
reference in times of need.
