One of the biggest asset of our generation is that we are lucky to work and gain

experience with people from different culture. The advancement in technology

has played a very important role in doing so. For example in India there were
particular cast systems in the past which gave education only to upper class, this
is one of the reasons why in the later stages the Indian communities whole
heartily accepted the information technology and mastered in it firmly, as this
bought them to light from the darkness and prior tyranny.

However, there should be just one motivation: assessment should serve as a tool
to enhance all students knowledge, skills, and understanding so that they can
function at the highest possible level in the wider world. In theory, then,
educational assessment could be well aligned with the broad aims of
multicultural education: to enable students from all circumstances to use their
minds to the fullest, to explore social and cultural phenomena from diverse
perspectives, to participate thoughtfully in a democratic society, and to apply
their knowledge and skills in ways that can improve the human condition
(Douglus, 2005).

Globalization in a certain way plays a very weird role as for example it has made
the people who sell tobacco to reach every nook and corner of the world at the
same time the advancement in Information Technology has helped doctors to
reach the exact same market and give advice's and provide awareness
campaigns. Multiculturalism has been a real enhancement to the many modern
societies. The understanding of cultural values have increased and people have
started to respect each other, but the true identity or the purity of each culture
that were preserved by our forefathers with great honor has been become
diluted.

In an organisation, especially in a department like procurement, academic

integrity plays a very important role. It gives a confidence and trustworthiness
emotion to the top management and thus they will be confident in handing over
the responsibilities. Especially in the gulf region they prefer straight forward
people as they do not wish to relay upon audit reports or other forms of data. I
do believe this is a very important fact, as in Qatar there is a very high demand
for religiously practicing people as people tend to trust them more by taking the
fear of God into consideration.

Studies on issues like globalization, academic integrity, cultural attitudes etc

would help us to further identify the gaps that we have at our present workplace.
Moreover I find the deadlines pretty interesting which pushes me to manage my
time further and at the same time keeps me motivated all the way through the
course and organised at my work.

I recently had to make a detailed analysis on the increasing foreign direct invest
into Qatar from Asian regions. The knowledge through this was far more than I
expected as I had to get into research papers which spoke about the ancient silk
routes on wards and a bit into future forecast of where the analyst think Qatar
would be by 2022 FIFA World Cup. Only when they ask to give reference do we
look into better written materials, thus helping our research to be more
dependable.

The originality of our work is solely based upon the undetected plagiarism. This is
my opinion as 90% of our views are as per what we watch in media, read, listen
etc. I first came across Turnitin for my final year project in my previous collage,
but it was actually done by the lecture and they use to mail the percentage of
plagiarism to us. But now as I can do it by myself its kind of exciting.
