products are Composite Girders(steel) for Railways,Batching plants 30 3 Mtrs,60 3 Mtrs capacity

tests and conducting the hydraulic & Pnuematic test.

Manufacturing the equipments as per IBR & ASME Code requirements.

Checking the Welding fillet as per drawing following or not

customers are GMR airport,Bangalore airport,air india ,Indian railways and all local customers for

Initially receiving of Drgs from QC manager with the approval sign and then Preparation of
Quality Inspection Plan for PEB SHEDS,ROB GIRDERS Project.

.Inspection of RM physically as well as documents and compare the same with our QAP.

Checking the operation starting from marking to end of the dispatch work.

Prepartion of Stage wise Inspection report with the co-ordination of production team

Inspection of fitup,welding and weld sizes, Job orientations and surface inspection visual

Submit the NCRS to production dept while the work is in wrong process.

Improving easy way inspection methods by implementation of gauges (Special purpose gauges)
for Critical Characteristics.
