You will learn strategies to follow to determine an appropriate major.
Always running around at the last minute? Feeling pressured and don’t know
where your day went? Well, it’s probably a thing called life that has you up
and going all the time. Try taking this session on time management and find
out exactly where you are spending time and how to prioritize it.
Staff from Insight Psychological Centers, Willow Brook will present on eating
disorders and related issues to help participants become aware of problems
involving disordered eating, overeating, and binge eating. Join us for an
interactive and helpful presentation and discussion with a focus on what to be
aware of and how to help someone you know that may be struggling with
these issues.

Are you overwhelmed and confused about your college major and career
path? This seminar focuses on which careers will be in demand in the global
marketplace. You will learn about strategies that will help you identify an
appropriate major.
What’s the truth behind the two most popular substances among college
students? This workshop will dispel some common misconceptions and
present the facts. Plus, learn how to help someone with an alcohol and drug
problem.
Learn the fundamentals of this topic and take part in an actual guided
imagery exercise to practice visualizing your future-less stress, greater
fulfillment, and personal development.
Counseling Services workshops are free of charge and open to all College of DuPage faculty, students, staff,
administrators, and community members. Pre-registration is not required.
