History:
Maaher Foods Industries (Pvt.) Limited is a leading Tetra pack company of Pakistan
that has grown over the years which has gained business both nationally and
internationally. Maaher Foods Industries a private business venture was
incorporated in 1986, by its Managing Director Mr. Kalim A Baig, in collaboration
with Tetrapak Pakistan, that has state of the art Tetra pack production lines installed
in Quiad-e- Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore.
Maaher Foods is among the pioneer members of Tetra pack juice manufacturing
company that introduced its first brand Country Pine a mark of success in
Pakistan. Maaher Foods is the among the largest juice processing units of Pakistan
with installed capacity to meet the country's local as well as export needs. The
launch of company products in Pakistan has been a concerted effort to gain larger
market share not only in the metro cities of Pakistan, but also across Pakistan with a
strong network of distributors nationally.
A newer concept Product Innovation that started early 2000 was part to explore
market needs and to create awareness for pure nectar juices for its consumer.
Maaher Foods has gradually innovated and successfully expanded its product range
to well over 12 flavours in nectar category. This has been a significant development
that has led to introduction of newer Country Nectar brands and flavours well
accepted by its consumer.

initial success was set in motion by the launch of a fruity and highly refreshing drink
PINE COOL. Today the company boosts of an extensive portfolio comprising many
nutritious pure fruit juices, nectars and still drinks in 250 ml and 125 ml packing.
The company offers three brands, Country Zulu and Sunday to cater to all the
needs and requirements of different segments of society for both adults and
children. Utilizing state of the art processing and packaging technology the
company offers its products in Tetra Pack aseptic packaging. The company offers

Having all-round service such as R & D of products, products-oriented and
production facility, we offer contract manufacturing and OEM services across the
globe, from product labeling, designing to packaging as per the customers choice
of logo designing and product label that meets standards & requirements of country
of import.

Country Juice Business Strategy:


The cost leadership strategy is an approach companys take where the
goal is to be the lowest cost producer or provider or one or more products
at a particular level of quality. It contrasts differentiation strategies that
emphasize quality or high value. Using the cost leadership strategy,
a business can use its advantages in low-cost operations to either bank
more profits at industry average prices or to operate as a low-cost
provider to increase customers and volume.
Country Juice Company using cost leadership strategy to compete their
competitors. Country Juice is easily available all over Pakistan on less rate
than other juice brands e.g. Nestle, Shehzan, Maza e.t.c. Country juice
providing their products on national level to his customer this strategy
give a plus point to company in increasing the number of customer. And
also best taste provide to customer and increase the number of strength
of customer. By providing juice to customer on low rate company can face
less profit than other competitors.

Raw-material
Raw material purchase on low price from different buyers to reduce the
production cost of product. By reducing this cost company add the
minimum profit ratio in cost for set the selling price. Which create the
demand of its product in front of customer.
Low Cost Production:

Due to purchase raw material on cheap rate the production cost is very
minimum by the low production cost company produce the average
quality to their customers and company main focus on the low cost other
than quality.
Low Price:
Due to low rate of Raw Material Company produce the juices on low rate
and by adding minimum profit in the product. From this strategy any
customer can buy it to fulfill their thirst.
