The prosecution would like to stipulate the personal circumstance of the complainant. That he is of legal
age, Filipino Citizen, with residence at 123 Nueva Street, Surigao City.

The existence and due execution of a promissory note with a face value of PhP20,000 signed by the
defendant in favor of the complainant.

That the complainant visited the residence of the defendant at Barangay Lipata, Surigao City but denied
entry to the house.
