Mandatory:

Must have 8-12 years of experience with at least 4 years in E-Governance experience
Knowledge Management for The E-Governance Team
Client Interaction, Client facing and Requirement gathering / analysis
Delivery on E-Governance / Government Projects.
Pre-Sales Activities
Exposure in preparation of Project Plan, Resource Allocation, Business Continuity Plan,
Experience in Operations and Maintenance at least 1 E-Governance Projects.
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Basic Technical knowledge on Software Web Applications, Client Server & SOA
Architecture
Proficiency in MS Office
Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing activities and managing ambiguities
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Supporting project teams in project research
Must be able to communicate in Telugu
Good ability to understand the procurement process & Civil Engineering back ground is
preferred

Desirable:

Knowledge in Payment Gateway Implementation

Knowledge on PKI, Digital Certificates and Form Signer Applications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Sr. Business Analyst:

Job Responsibilities and Skill set required:

Software Test Engineer:

Responsible for testing and evaluating the software applications and systems that make
computers function.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and executive test plans and test cases on computer applications.
Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques
in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing
Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites
for various Software applications i.e., perform automated dynamic testing.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases,
Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects
developed and test environments used.
Record and document results and compare to expected results.
Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
Maintain database of software defects.
Examine code and execution of code in various environments.

PLANS ETC.
Installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrading of all SQL Server Instances
Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the SQL Servers / databases
across multiple environment/applications
Troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking
and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log issues, connectivity issues, security
issues, etc.
Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles,
assign privileges)
Work to ensure that the associated hardware resources allocated to the databases
and to ensure high resilience and performance tuning.

Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
Plan growth and changes (capacity planning)
Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 supports when required
Responsible for improvement and maintenance of the databases to include rollout
and upgrades.
Responsible for implementation and release of database changes according to agreed
timescales.
Responsible for planning and implementation of application backend migration
