improvement;
Research, design, implement, and support a tailored
transformation model;
Promote cooperation and collaboration to ensure high
levels of reliable student success;
Respond to districts needs for the improved quality of
public education;
Provide on-site professional development and services
to support and sustain transformational change;
Support the development of a leadership culture that
embraces innovation and transformation;
