Facultatea de Arhitectur / Arhitectur

An univ. 2012-2013

ST-73 (PTA2) | Arhitectur ecologic

coerent i pragmatic n raport cu cazul concret ales spre
studiu i definit prin tema-program. In particular, demersul
propus vizeaz nscrierea concepiei arhitecturaltehnologice a obiectului de arhitectur proiectat n criteriile
de DEZVOLTARE DURABIL a mediului construit antropizat.
Coninut:
In cadrul contextului tematic general, definit de
problematica specific generaiei actuale de ARHITECTUR
INTELIGENT, EFICIENT ENERGETIC I COMPATIBIL
ECOLOGIC, subiectul abordat admite un anumit grad de
opionalitate din partea studentului. Ca atare
tema+program se va preciza la propunerea studenilor, cu
acordul ndrumtorilor.
Proiectul va integra elemente de cercetare aplicativ,
dezvoltnd problematici abordate n cadrul cursurilor de

specialitate urmate - i ndeosebi cele de Fizica

construciilor i Ecotehnologie arhitectural - cu exerciiul
practic de proiectare pentru execuie. Proiectul va include
obligatoriu verificarea condiiilor de calitate obinute, n
raport cu cerinele i criteriile de performan prestabilite.
In consecina studiul va cuprinde dou pri:
1.cercetare preliminar (posibil de dezvoltat in viitoarea
lucrare de licena) privind sisteme si tehnologii inovative
si/sau cu grad nalt de specializare, cum ar fi sisteme sau
subansambluri constructive industrializate, pentru
construcii noi sau pentru reabilitare; rezolvri tehnologice
speciale, cu caracter de unicat; intervenii de reabilitare;
studii privind cerine speciale de iluminat, ventilareclimatizare, acustica, sigurana: cldiri bioclimatice; cldiri
inteligente; cldiri cu sisteme structurale speciale;
industrializare etc.
va putea cuprinde redactarea unor scheme sau piese
desenate de profil (rezistenta, echipare).
Metoda de predare:
Consultaii de specialitate n sprijinul studiului individual
care are caracter preponderent.
Mod de evaluare:
Coninutul i calitatea activitii pe parcurs sunt
consemnate de ndrumtori n fia individual a studentului.
Evaluarea final const n susinerea de ctre studeni a
lucrrii ntocmite

Not: In general se recomand bibliografia cursurilor Fizica
construciilor i Eco-tehnologie arhitectural. In particular,
gsirea i selectarea referinelor bibliografice adecvate
cazului concret studiat constituie obligaia studentului i un
criteriu de evaluare a lucrrii prezentate.

The Faculty of Architecture / Architecture

2010-2011

ST-73 (PTA2) | Ecological Architecture

Optional Design Studio | Hours/Week: 5P | ECTS Credits: 5
Chair: Technical Sciences
Titular:
conf.dr.arh. Mihai Opreanu
Learning outcomes:
Demonstrating the successful appropriation of professional
designing skillsgeneral and specialby creating an
individual synthetic project, which integrates various
aspects of architectural design practice, offering a coherent
and pragmatic solution to the concrete example chosen for
study and defined through the design program. In
particular, the proposed approach aims at integrating the
architectural-technological conception of the designed
object into the criteria of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT of
the built environment.
Content:
In the context of the general theme, defined by the issues
specific to the current generation of INTELLIGENT,
ENERGY-EFFICIENT AND ECOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE
ARCHITECTURE, the subject admits a certain degree of free
choice. Therefore, the design program will be proposed by
students and sanctioned by supervisors.
The project will integrate elements of applicative research,
detailing issues approached during the specialty theoretical
courses, especially Physics of Buildings and Architectural

Eco-Technology, followed by the practical exercise of

designing for execution. The project will include the
mandatory verification of resulted quality criteria, as
compared to the previously established requirements and
performance criteria. Consequently, the study will comprise
two parts:
1. Preliminary research (which may be further developed in
the future thesis) on innovative and/or highly specialized
systems and technologies, such as industrially produced
systems or components for new or rehabilitated buildings;
special technological solutions; rehabilitation interventions;
studies on special lighting, environment control, acoustic,
safety requirements; bioclimatic buildings; intelligent
buildings; buildings with special structural systems;
industrialization etc.
2. In-depth study (for a portion of the designed object) to
the level of technical project + specifications (technical
conditions). The project will integrate in a unitary solution
the requirements specific to the other involved disciplines
and may include specific schemes or drawings (structure,
equipments).
Teaching Method:
Studio tutoring in support of individual study.
Assessment:
The content and quality of student activity are documented
by supervisors in students individual record. The final
evaluation consists in the defense of the project by
students.

Note: In general the bibliography of the courses Physics of
Buildings and Architectural Eco-Technology is
recommended. In particular, finding and selecting area
bibliographical references adequate to the specific research
subject is the students responsibility and an evaluation
criterion for the defended project.
