Position: Staff Engineer & Director of Media Ministries

Responsibilities: Hired as Staff Engineer over all technical areas. I was responsible for: Live TV
Broadcast, Media Production & Duplication, and Live Multimedia. I was also responsible for managing &
training a staff of 50+ workers, and selecting and training Group Leaders.
Responsible for Engineering, design, installation, repair & maintenance of >$1.5M of media-related
electronics systems, including an onsite Live TV broadcast studio, digital video editing suite, robotic TV
cameras, small and large-scale video projection systems, digital signage, MATV/CATV system, sound
systems, etc.
I was also the Information Technology engineer for several years, responsible for all Computer systems,
data networks, file servers, backup systems, web site, etc. I also managed the computerized HVAC Control
System programming, including diagnostics and contractor interface.

Responsibilities: Meet with Customers to discuss their concepts & ideas, then come up with viable product
designs to meet/exceed their goals - including initial mechanical & electronic drawings and prototypes. I was
also responsible for circuit design, component specification & vendor selection & qualification. I also designed
printed circuit boards using PC-based CAD software, as well as mechanical design using AutoCAD.

Responsibilities: Digital circuit design, DC power supply design, PCB layout, prototype building and
debugging. Leading edge component research, qualification, and vendor selection/qualification.
Key points: Product conceptualization; ultra-miniaturization; rechargeable battery technologies and
charging; worked with RF up to 1.575 GHz; digital design work 3.0 to 5V.

Position: Began as production repair technician, quickly promoted to Product Development Dept. as
Technical Engineer. Reported directly to company President & Principal Engineer, Robert Patterson.
Responsibilities: Design and trouble-shooting of new and existing products (both digital and analog
circuits). Some microwave work (10 and 24GHz), and PCB design.

In the gaps between the positions above, I also operated my own home-based business, contracting
Electronics Product & Circuit Designs for various private & commercial customers.

Additionally, I have the ability to visualize new things concepts, design improvements, etc. Ive always
